The « La Parisienne » collection is a line of garment that takes us to Paris, the eternal capital of culture, of freedom and fashion, where monuments and architectures combine with chic and elegance.
Annabelle Fleury draws her inspiration, not only from Paris as a full-fledged living museum but also from the Parisian lady as an eternal muse of the collective psyche.
A geometrical line with a play of straight lines, of parallels and angles is what distinguishes this collection from Annabelle Fleury’s previous ones. The designer favors shiny materials in gold and silver. Silver, for the metal structure of the Eiffel Tower, while gold refers to the Iron Lady at nightfall, when it sparkles like the capital’s brightest gem. Annabelle Fleury also got inspired by the famous Alexander III bridge in Paris, well-known for its golden statues, and its profusion of stunning ornamentation. This collection is thereby highlighted by an ornamental assembly made up of thin golden strips positioned as part of the garment.
