Do you have a shop?
We do not have a shop, we only have an online shop www.oriya.mu where you can order directly. However, if you would prefer to have your measurements taken or, if you would like to see, or even try on the pieces before you buy, you can make an appointment to come to our workshop in Curepipe.
Where is your workshop located?
Our workshop is located in Rue Edgard Laurent in Curepipe. We are not far from the botanical garden or the MCB club when driving. Find us on google map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/5oQW5hcBXX8VHauG6
What are your opening hours ?
Our workshop does not have fixed opening/closing hours. We only welcome our customers upon appointment. Our services for the general public have flexible opening hours adapted to the needs of each customer. Appointments are made upon request and according to our availability.
Is it compulsory to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments are mandatory so that each client can receive the attention they deserve.
What sizes are available, do you do large sizes?
We do not make standard sizes but only custom-made sizes. Therefore, anyone can order the garments displayed on the website www.oriya.mu and we will make them according to your measurements.
How to take and send your measurements?
Once you have logged on to www.oriya.mu, fill in the measurement form in the "My account > My measurements" section before placing your order for your garment. A measurement guide is available on the site in the Orders>Measurement Guide section.

Do I have to enter my measurements every time I order?
No, you only need to enter your measurements the first time you order. They will be saved in your personal profile (section "My account> my measurements") and will be used for your your next clothing purchase.
Can I receive my order faster than the indicated delivery time?
It is also possible upon request and depending on our availability to make a request to obtain an order faster (in 2-3 days for example). This service is free of charge and it is advisable to inform us in advance of the desired timeframe for your order.
Do you have ready-made garments?
No, we do not have any clothes in stock as we only make made-to-measure and to order.
Do you make custom designs?
Oriya does not produce any design requests other than those offered on the www.oriya.mu website. We only make clothes from our collections on order and according to your measurements. However, if you wish to make alterations to our designs, customisation of your order is possible under certain conditions and this service is free.
Do you do alterations?
We can alter a garment provided it is to tighten or shorten. It will not be possible to enlarge or lengthen a garment as we do not keep any seam values. Your preferences and customisation of an order should be clearly stated upon final confirmation of your order, i.e. before your order is processed.
